Hiring for developer on various projects using Laravel, CodeIgniter, Mobile App and other

You must be able to work at same time as rest of our team instead of solo.

To work 40 hours, work schedule is 6 AM (or earlier) to 3 PM with 1 Hour Break Tuesday to Saturday Filipino Time

Or if less than 40 hours, you can start later but must finish by 3 PM

Whatever schedule we agree upon, must be on set basis and not changing times each ---------- your response, please provide following
1. Skill Listing and Example Work
3. Details of any mobile application work done and frameworks tools used
4. What days and times will you work on a regular set schedule (be specific) ?
5. How many hours per week will you work ?
6. When are you available to start ?
