JOB OVERVIEW

In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and will have the chance to try new things. With an analytical mindset, your optimization instincts are key to driving growth and reaching our marketing objectives.
On average, execution will take about 90% of your day.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Conceive and execute on a wide range of organic traffic growth initiatives end-to-end to grow organic traffic to our website by 10X in the following 8 months.

TASKS THAT HELP FULFILL YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

On-page & Off-page SEO:
- Doing keyword and topic research to create in-demand content.
- Working with internal & external content producers to publish blog posts that generate organic traffic.
- Optimizing web pages (load time, meta tags, etc.) to improve user eksperience and increase organic traffic.
- Getting our website featured on other websites (backlinks) relevant to our industry to increase brand awareness and domain authority.

- Always be looking for ways to improve our business

Keep Tasks Organized:
- Make sure your task management system is up to date
- Create guides and checklists to show future tea ---------- mbers (and yourself) how to do things
