Online English Lesson Developer for Exam (No teaching experience is required: Students are welcome)

About the job position

We are looking for individuals (16 hours/week) who are interested in the position of “English Lesson Developer”. If you have online English teaching experience, that will be better. However, this is not necessary. Since we are in the training, you don’t need to have the experience of it. We focus on more about personality. Fortunately, even though we have just started this May, we have already had over 10 people working together ---------- 's very faster than we are expecting now. Also, our company is constructed by young people as well. Therefore, we highly recommend young people more to work with us. If you want to improve your skills and want to learn something new to you, then why don't we work together!

At the same time, we have the project to help Filipinos who are suffering from the food or necessities. If you work at our company, we will save money as a donation for them. We are now thinking to buy some food for poor children or students, so if you are interested in some volunteering work, this is the perfect place to work!


There are a lot of things that the new worker will learn from this team and here are just a few.

Work experience - Mainly, he/she will gain a new experience as the tasks given in this team is quite different from other ESL companies. The new hire will start as a trainee wherein he/she is going to learn what kind of teaching suits them. Much better if he/she finds it out beforehand because he/she can do other work like guiding other trainees.

Knowledge - As the new hire finds out the suitable teaching technique for him/her, he/she will gain knowledge as the creativity inside him/her will unveil. He/she can even learn more about English grammar and such since teaching is a continuous ---------- maraderie - In this team, diversity and inclusivity is what we are encouraging. We all have different personalities and getting along with people can sometimes be stressful. But here, we will be having fun while maintaining work ethics.

Working hours

[16h/w: Salary starts from PHP8,000~(Max will be around PHP30,000)]
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 7pm-11pm PST
Sat: 7pm-11pm PST
*Every 6 months, your salary will be increased by 5,000 pesos.
*If you want to increase your salary more than 30,000 pesos, you just add more hours for working and your salary will increase more.

*The time and dates are fixed, and you have the break from 6pm to7pm.


If you choose to work with us as a full time worker, you will add the position as an English writer. This is also related to the English teacher, but you will learn lots of things to do.

Salary system

Everyone must start from the minimum wage. Please check the list below.

*Your salary will be increased by 5,000 pesos every 6 months until the Max range.


Q: Why do we want to increase your salary?

We would like to protect the lifestyles of Filipinos working at SEKAEL by raising their salaries to the average of the Japanese. We would like to help poor children or students in the Philippines, but if we don't care about our employees’ lifestyle, we believe it will never reach our goal. Also, we would like to work with you for a long time, so if you want to come to Japan or want to work in Japan in the future, we buy the round airplane ticket to come to Japan and give you the place to stay in Japan for a week or a month after you work with us for 36 months. At that time, if you want to work in Japan, and if you don't get money as same as Japanese standard workers, you won't be able to work in Japan. Therefore, we make this salary system.
