Video Editor with Animation Skills - 3 Month fixed contract

We are a UK-based company looking to run paid social advertising for our clients and for an event we are about to launch. We are looking for a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our company on a 3-month contract which will be a full-time role. After this period there is an opportunity to extend your contract.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-driven, organised, solutions-oriented creative that is open to constructive criticism, and possesses exceptional skills in Video Creation, animation and Motion Graphics design.

As a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer you will be,

- Responsible for developing videos based on scripts and examples we provide you
- Able to deliver videos that draw the attention of casual viewers within the first 3 seconds of casual viewing
- Able to conceptualise content that is sharable on social platforms
- Should have an exceptional eye for design and strong aesthetic sensibilities

**Skills**

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available on Slack over office hours
- Must send daily reports to team
- Strong typographic skills
- Exceptional eye for design and strong aesthetic sensibilities
- Intuitive sense of colour and composition
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience - more importantly, a strong portfolio
- Ability to work independently and interpret & execute written creative direction.
- Strong static design skills with video and motion capabilities
- Paid media creative experience is a plus
