Virtual Assistant

Devacrafts is an eCommerce store selling spiritual jewellery and we are looking for a part time virtual assistant (approximately 7-10 hours per week) to assist in responding to customer enquiries and keeping customers happy, fulfilling orders, updating tracking numbers and managing our Facebook and Instagram pages. The scope could expand into assisting with email marketing, writing product descriptions for new products, managing logistics and other miscellaneous tasks.

You will be required to have previous experience providing customer support to a product-based ecommerce store using a platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce.

You must be willing to complete time using the Time Doctor app.
