Senor Content Creator for Argentine Tango School of Dance

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a one of the most popular Argentine Tango School of Dance in New England, 5 states area

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position starts at 5 - 10 hours per week and gradually increases to 30 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you.

All possibilities for raises are based upon work performance.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3 - 5 candidates to hire for a test project. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring on to the team. Strong English grammar is the only "requirement" for this position (we can train you on everything else).

Position Overview

Your main role will be writing ---------- words blog posts per week. You will be given a blog title, target keywords, suggested ---------- will be your job to take that information and produce:
+ blog post ( ---------- words)
+ blog tags list
+ Hashtags
+ First Comment
+ 5 social media posts to promote each blog you write

The requirements of each are listed below:

+ Blog Post
Create a blog post using the provided subject, keyword, and graphic assets. Word Press or SEO experience is not required. You bring your writing skills and we'll train on the rest.

This will require you to have a solid understanding of English and basic grammar skills. The primary purpose of this blog is to awaken interest in Argentine Tango for those who are not students yet but also to provide knowledge for those who are already studying the Tango. The secondary purpose is to help the blog rank in google search by including as many relevant keyword phrases as possible.


+ Blog Tags
The tags are keyword phrases that tell Google what the blog post is ---------- ing the initial keywords you will do tag research to help deter what tags should be used for the blog post.

+ Additional Platforms
While this job is primarily about Blog writing, your initial task will be reposting already existing blog articles on various external blogging platforms (right now we are reposting on 4 platforms, but we may add more over time).

This initial task will help you learn more about the content we expect you to write, the style and tone we are looking for, keywords we are focusing on, and formatting characteristics.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As clichéd,
as it sounds, there are 3 qualities that we are looking for:

You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow tea ---------- mbers. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after ---------- mitment.
We've had freelancers for one project and others for over 6 years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectation that this will become full-time. If you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for ---------- sire to Learn.
We are a small team but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills and trying other writing tasks outside of blog posts (ie social media posts or comments); this is not for you.
