PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE at Cosmetic Clinic

We are seeking an individual to work for our busy medical spas in Canada. This position involves answering phones, phoning potential clients to explain our services—and highlighting the benefits of our award-winning clinic. You should be comfortable with cold calls, and be a person who is able to form connections quickly in order to highlight benefits, and make the person on the other end of the phone happy to receive a call—rather than feeling imposed upon. This takes a special kind of person who combines empathy with practical communication skills.

You are a people person with excellent verbal and listening skills
Love to exceed booking and sales target
Love to learn and talk about the medical aesthetics industry
Ability to overcome objections with tact and diplomacy
Confident with strong sales and closing skills
Empathetic, intuitive, and friendly
Self-directed, responsible, and punctual
Excellent command of the English language with a clear speaking voice
Available to work between during daytime Pacific standard time
