I’m looking for a very detailed oriented person to join our team. You must have excellent English speaking skills because you will be talking with our customers, who are based in the United States, over the phone.

We run a marketing company that provides marketing materials and systems to real estate agents in the United States. If you would like to learn more about our company you can check out agentroi.com… we have two physical offices based out of the US and currently have several virtual team members in the Philippines.

If you joined our company your responsibility would be the following…

Your job would be to make sure customers who ordered our marketing material sent us everything we need to get their marketing material printed and shipped to them. It may seem crazy but a lot of times customers will order marketing materials like brochures, etc. and never send us their pictures and info so we can ship them what they ordered. Your job would be to chase them down, call them, email them, etc. and get the stuff we need from them, get it ordered from our fulfillment house and shipped to the customer.

Plus you would need basic photoshop skills so you can add our customers pictures, contact information, etc. to their marketing material. Once you had a print file that the customer was happy with you would send it to the printer so they can fulfill the order. That would be your main responsibility. If you had less customers than you needed to keep busy then you would help our team with other projects when you had downtime.
