To help fuel and manage our continued growth we’re currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will be able to work remotely.

We are looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our expanding team! The role of a Senior Technical recruiter will be to focus on working closely with professional technology candidates, coordination of applicant interviews, and initiating the hiring process. The Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on creating and implementing effective recruiting ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develops lead generation through advertisements, cold calling, referrals, local and national conferences, social media, and mass mailings
-Coordinates the candidate hiring experience with initial screenings, interviews, and employment offers. Attends interviews as needed and conducts timely follow-up post-interview with all applicants
-Ensures candidates are properly documented and all action items are recorded as the candidate progresses through the recruitment process
-Prepares reports for recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and sourcing efforts
-Maintains regular contact with new hires until the official start date with the organization
-Accepts additional responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications/Experience:

-High degree of judgment and independent decision-making regarding applicants’ credentials and ability to qualify for open positions
-Work with minimal supervision
-Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
-Has a multitude of connections to help with the recruiting process
-Has at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment field
-Has exceptional communication skills including written and verbal
-Well experienced with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ---------- , Dice, Career Builder, and Bullhorn
-Must have multiple references from the United States
