JOB OVERVIEW

We are a company that helps business owners develop their online personal brand, engage with the market place and bring in new business. We believe anyone with a dream can achieve it; you just need to know how to position your business and leverage your networking.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing business to support the company with critical, everyday tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

Social Media:
• Design posts for each medium based on client case studies, our primary supplier materials, interviews, and hot topics
• Provide timely reports on what the market place is talking about and propose appropriate responses
• Create ‘how-to’ and insightful blogs responding to the market place
• Consistently schedule posts across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, tracking and monitoring results to provide useful statistics on the digital behavior of our prospects
• Advise and implement general SEO

Marketing
• Create newsletters based on a set monthly format
• Track engagement and suggest valuable content based on market place listening
• Work with our web editor to ensure new content is posted and create social sharing strategies to engage prospects

Project Management:
• Oversee various projects, managing the team, including the director, to ensure they are delivered
• Sourcing quality suppliers
• Managing client projects to ensure all parties are following quality control procedures, deadlines are met and files are effectively maintained.

The right person will:
• Have a proven background in developing and implementing social media campaigns
• Have excellent use of the English language and grammar
• Have an attention to detail to easily spot mistakes in grammar
• Be an excellent writer, able to pulling in quality ideas and content from a multitude of sources to make something original
• Be able to work on their own initiative with the confidence to make suggestions and lead their area within the business.
• Be confident to working in a virtual team, maintain their own work schedule and meet deadlines
• A strong commitment to their own learning and advancement in this field and keep abreast of new developments
• Be able to follow direction, create and follow internal processes to enable us to ensure absolute efficiency

You will work autonomously with monthly projects and deliverables. The right candidate is someone able to bring suggestions and knowledge on industry best practice, implement it and refine for top company performance.

You will have continuous access to the company director via Skype for any queries. Only during weekend and official holidays may this be limited. We aim to complete all our work within office hours. You do not necessarily need to keep UK hours as long as deadlines are met. We will honour all local holidays providing you let us know about them in advance.
