Customer Service + Social Outreach (10hrs a week)

We are hiring a customer support representative for our e-commerce brand, Hashtag Presets. We have SOPs in place to train you and systems to ensure you will learn a lot and get up to speed quickly. You will also be asked to do social media outreach to build up our affiliate network. There is potential to work 20 hours a week and make $200 per month if you are interested in writing blog posts for us also.

Responsibilities Include:
1) Reaching out to influencers on Instagram, TikTok and possibly other websites to set them up as affiliates. This will be done with a template we give you.
2) Responding quickly to customer's requests regarding orders and troubleshooting issues.
3) Occasional order management (assisting customers with their order numbers)
4) Communicating internally to the team when a larger issue comes up with ---------- ndidate Details:
1) 100% english proficiency is required. You will not be speaking on the phone but we will be requiring a 30 second video submission
2) Attention to detail is important, please include the word "hashtag" in your application
3) Candidates with writing background will be prioritized but it is not a requirement.
