Yes, we cold call, but we are doing it with way better energy and really focusing on the person on the other end of the line. When people hang up, we want them to have a positive impression no matter what :)

If you want to join us, we are making it super easy for homeowners to sell their house by providing amazing customer service - and we need customer facing representatives to help!

The ideal candidate is motivated to make a difference in people’s lives through real estate. We will teach you everything you need to know if you come with a positive attitude, dedication, and a willingness to learn.

If you are someone who can empathetically focus on other’s needs, we want to hire you! If you have worked in customer service or sales this might be a great role for you.



Here’s what you would be doing:
1) Solve problems for homeowners and actively listen to ---------- cate homeowners on how we can help them with their real estate.
2) Emotionally connect with homeowners to provide the best service. You will use a multi-line dialer to call and service hundreds of homeowners per shift.
3) Attend regular paid training sessions to improve your calling skills with simple and effective negotiation techniques.
4) Understand which lists you are marketing to and keep track of your progress. Be energized to achieve high numbers each shift.
5) Communicate to the team on lead quality and results of your calls. Participate in team discussion for feedback.

Does this describe you?:
--Available to work 10+ hours a week and fit into our United States Eastern Time Zone hours of 9am-7pm.
--Fluent in English (verbal and written - there is some light writing and reading involved).
--Have a strong and reliable internet connection.
--Punctual with a great attitude and a desire to improve.
--Always thinking with a customer-oriented mindset.
--Real estate knowledge is a bonus!
