MUST HAVE:
- Quiet location to work in (no background noise)
- High quality headset (clear sound)
- Fast computer (able to maintain high data rate - no dropped calls)
MUST BE:
- Fluent in conversational English (have a great voice)
- Confident/persistent on the phone (not fearful or easily discouraged)
- Handles objections and knows how to close (does not give up)
- Understand call scripts, able to think quickly (can casually speak scripts and does not sound like you are reading)
- Able to influence and persuade (excellent sales ability)
- Positive attitude (complainers don't bother applying)
- Able to follow instructions (quick learner)
3 CALL TYPES:
1) Outbound Calling - (make cold calls into neighbourhoods)
2) Inbound Lead Follow-Up - (sales calls to inbound lead inquiries)
3) Client Nurture Calls - (contact existing clients with warm calls)
DUTIES:
- Call, call, call (this is a telemarketing/sales position)
- Highlight potential leads and opportunities
- Set appointments and/or hand off qualified leads to agent
- Continued follow-up calls/emails
COMPUTER WORK:
- Top Producer 8i CRM to track call results
- Type quickly, enter notes, apply action plans
- Send email follow ups after calls
- Schedule appointments in calendar
- Contact agent team members and pass off leads
OPPORTUNITY:
- Part-time to start (to prove yourself)
