Inside Sales (Telesales)

Responsibilities:

- Executes effective sales presentation over the phone in order to close sales
- Answer clients’ calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
- Influence client to buy the company products.
- Prepares comprehensive proposals according to client needs.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis.
- Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.

Requirements

We are looking for Inside Sales Representative (Telesales) who:
- have at least 3 years of sales experience (whether telesales or face to face)
- are passionate about sales and will be happy to do just that
- are intelligent and highly articulate i.e you can carry a conversation and draw out a sales close
- are very comfortable with technology, Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
- are ready to start immediately or in less than a month
- are comfortable with remote sales presentations using web conference tools
- discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain client satisfaction


Required skills and experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
- Patient and able to handle customers’ rejection
- Persistent and result oriented
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
