Sales Specialist

We are experts in building online solutions for small and medium businesses throughout the United States and Canada. We offer tailored web design, web development, web application, email newsletters, and more. We are based in Burnaby, Canada and we are looking for a remote salesperson to join our team.

If you are a results-driven person with excellent communication skills to actively seek out and engage customer needs and looking for a FULL-TIME position then we want you to be a part of our growing family!

The ideal candidate must:

- Be fluent in English both oral and written.
- Be self-motivated.
- Have experience in selling Technology-related products.
- Be flexible and can work under pressure.
- Be able to work from 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time (11 PM to 8 AM Philippine Time).
- Be a fast learner.
- Have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Be familiar with using CRM.
- Be willing to be trained.

Job Description:

- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling and email marketing.
- Conduct lead follow-up & nurture.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with the client.
- Promote our services.
- Get accurate details about the client's preferred designs, styles, etc.
- Set an appointment to meet with one of our web-specialists.
- Keep track of the number of dials, emails sent and contact rate and any other metrics that are needed.
- Collaborate with the team for instruction or changes.

Technical Requirements:
• A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher.
• Screenshot of your Speedtest and Computer specs.
• PC or Mac at 4 GB of Ram or Higher.
• USB noise-canceling headset.
• Quiet workspace.
• Web camera.
