Social Media Manager

I am looking for an experienced social media marketing manager who is CREATIVE, FAST and HAS INITIATIVE to do Graphic Designer / Video Editor. You will be doing a variety of tasks, including the following:

- Develop creative and engaging multimedia content that represents our brand’s voice and identity
- Respond to ALL social media post comments and private messages to increase engagement and enhance the customer experience
- Oversee, plan, publish, and manage content across all social media channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, Snapchat, Linkedin, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Form key relationships with relevant influencers to promote our brand
- Identify our target audience, their key interests and groups to promote our brand in
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, memes, and content strategies
- Analyze competitor activity and find opportunities to gain a competitive advantage
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
-Creating Photos and Videos for Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
-Writing captions for social media posts
-Liking, & commenting on Instagram
-Responding to customer comments
-Contacting influencers for collaborations

- Strong experience generating organic engagement with memes on Facebook
- 2-5 years of social media management experience
- Up-to-date with the latest memes, trends, and content strategies
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, hashtags, and internet ranking for web content
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
