IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

You are required to have experience in fulfilling various administrative tasks? including answering emails and scheduling meetings. A strong Internet connection is required? along with experience using communication tools as Google ---------- summary, we are looking for a smart, proactive problem solver who takes pride in keeping things organized, anticipating then addressing needs, and being ---------- addition to the categories of work above, the required skills are as follows:

- Fluent in spoken and written English; experienced crafting business correspondence
- Seasoned expectations management i.e. balancing checking in and taking action
- Strong business communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Familiarity with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides;
- Fast and reliable internet connection for video conferences and calls
- Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling? particularly Google Calendar
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Given the nature of this role, it’s essential this person is trustworthy and puts the client first, as they’ll have access to sensitive and personal information. It's important they are also experienced at representing others in an executive capacity and respect the boundaries of their working relationship (ie not using their role to solicit partners/contacts for work, for instance.)


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Calendar, scheduling, appointment coordination, and contact management.
2. Task prioritization, follow-ups, and project management (so there are no loose ends)
3. Online research, list building, and knowledge organization
4. Managing partners and vendors
5. For active programs/projects, general administration
6. Organize communication via emails and phone calls
7. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external parties
