Customer Service Representative

Hello! We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a customer service representative to join our team.

The ideal tea ---------- mber will have the following:
- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VOICE (no accent)
- Customer service experience is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Enthusiastic and serious about their work
- Great oral and written English skills
- Excellent ability to self-manage
- Highly motivated and passion for learning
- Access to a high-speed internet connection at home
- A good quality headset and microphone to use
- Ability to work Eastern Time

General Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Follow up calls
- Appointment setting
- Data entry
