Wordpress Developer Needed

Hi there,

I'm looking for an expert Wordpress developer who can help me clean up my startup site ----------
The site uses a custom built template which you will need to help edit.
The site uses Woocommerce as an ecommerce / payments integration.
The site uses Woocommerce memberships / subscriptions paid plugins to manage the growing newsletter.

I'm looking for someone who:
- Wants to feel part of a small but mighty team. I'm looking for someone who's committed to the company's results as much as I am as the founder. This job is the start of something much larger.

- Know's their stuff. Must have at least 2 years experience working with Wordpress and experience working with Woocommerce. I'm familiar with the platforms and a bit of coding, but this is not in my "zone of magic" so I'm looking for someone who knows their stuff much more than me and can help me get the results I need.

- Loves to get into the details. I'm looking for someone who knows that the details are a key for success with development. I'm looking for you to come to me with the stats and provide recommendation on how to optimize or get better results.

- Likes Speed. You've got to have capacity to make the changes we speak about in a timely ---------- lays on communication, or making changes to the website simply won't work for me.

- Wants ownership. I'm looking for an expert who wants to not just "do development" but own the improvements and feel proud of the website results! This means providing recommendations, acting on changes as needed and sharing your expertise and insights into how to optimize everything as best as possible.

Please note:
- The initial freelance contract is for a very specific set of updates to the website. Once we are finished with these I would like to hire someone for ongoing development work on a part-time or full-time basis.
- Please let me know if you have experience developing Chrome Extensions
