JOB OVERVIEW

LOOKING FOR A GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT PART-TIME BUT FOR CONTINUOUS JOB!

We currently have a digital business that focuses on educating people on how to start and scale their businesses through credit. We teach people through our digital content, live classes, mentorships, etc. The ideal candidate would be someone who’s interested in these businesses and/or could help enhance the business by their interest and experience. In this job, this person ideally would carry out the following

- Strategy to drive traffic to our sales funnel conversion and lead generation
- Administrative day-to-day responses such as emailing, texts, etc
- Create different accounts and business pages on our behalf
- Cold-call other businesses on behalf of our business
- Ad creation and marketing (Facebook and Instagram)
- Email marketing and creation (content writing + newsletter writing for emails)
- Enhancing our affiliate link + affiliate marketing program
- Social media manager [content development + automated marketing] - creating graphics & scheduling posts
- General Admin with unused hours

BONUS:
- Build our social media following and increase our SEO

One must be proficient/have preferred experience in:
- English grammar, spelling, and reading
- Strategy and planning
- Customer Service and Responding
- Lead generation and organization
- High growth and social engagement
- Creative content strategies
- G Suite
- Adobe
- Canva
- Microsoft Excel
- Video editing experience
- Website building + SEO
- Affiliate links + marketing
- Cyber Security

This job will be a permanent part-time job depending on business growth in the next few months.
Rate: Considerate w/ experience
Hours: 10-15 hours/weekly
Schedule: Flexible (EST)

Bonuses: Hourly Rate will increase with the scaling of the business
We need someone who is fast paced, well-organized, someone who can think for themselves, who can do their own research and is proactive in their approach. We will definitely provide some training up front so that you can do your own research beforehand.
