Access Capital Investments, LLC is seeking an experienced real estate VA to help evaluate our large volume of distressed inventory in Northern and Central New Jersey.

Candidate will have the following responsibilities:

NOTE: MLS ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED

* Prepare a Broker's Price Opinion
* Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis
* Prepare repair bids based on photos provided and/or schedule contractor's to provide us with estimates of repairs
*Organize the information into one easy to read package with a cover sheet and bullet points to help us easily understand the data.

The job is part time but we currently have over 60 short sales and REO's in our pipeline and counting. This job will be on an AS-NEEDED Basis.
