Wordpress developer

I need someone who is an expert at wordpress's inner workings. I currently have someone who does all the graphic design so please do not apply if that is your main focus.

I'm needing someone on my team who can complete the following tasks:
- Update wordpress
- Write code to develop new themes
- Take sites we already have and make them faster with a combination of custom functions and plugins
- Work with my designer to develop themes and sites on wordpress platform.

You must have a deep understanding of wordpress and not just someone who knows how to install a bunch of plugins.

I will be giving you projects to work on and items to fix and I expect you to be very detail oriented to finish things and ask questions along the way if you are having trouble.

We run woocommerce and other marketing plugins on all sites so it is a must you have a grasp on marketing principals.
