[EXPERT] Etsy shop team leader

Hi, this is Avi from Tailored Canvases.
We are a leading POD brand in the USA and we are looking for a new team leader for our Etsy team.
Our Etsy team currently contains 2 CS reps and an additional technical VA.
Aside from that - you will have responsibility for the designers department on their Etsy tasks.
The base salary is $600 with a performance-based team KPI plan that can give you up to 35% bonus every month.

Requirements:
1. [MUST HAVE] - at least 1-year experience working on Etsy
2. [MUST HAVE] - at least 1-year experience in team management
3. [MUST HAVE] - high intelligence and great decision-making abilities
4. [MUST HAVE] - willing to work 6 days a week
