About the Job:
We're looking for a full-time Digital Specialist (40 hours per week) preferably, with experience in HubSpot or similar tools.
You will be intelligent, organised and keen to learn.

The work will include the following:
- Attend client meetings (via Zoom), take notes, log tasks, and assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Manage projects and deals with clients directly
- Handle admin matters such as client marketing and timesheet reports
- Manage a team

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management
- Team management
- HubSpot implementation
- Analysing and optimising campaigns
- Planning new campaigns
- Making sure tracking is set up properly
- Reporting on campaign results, and insights and looking for opportunities to improve strategies
- Presenting insights and trends for clients.

About You:
Skills required:
- Must have at least 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience working for a digital marketing agency
- Excellent communication skills internally with your team and externally with clients
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A self-starter with a strategic mind
- Great communication skills via Zoom, email, and Slack
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knows the basics of how Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing strategies is a bonus but not a requirement
- Experienced with HubSpot or similar digital marketing tool
- Keen to learn


This is a full-time remote position, so you must:
- Have a good internet connection as you will be regularly joining Zoom calls with your video on.
- Join ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with your video and sound on, and look professional (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background). This is very important, so please be aware of this requirement before applying for the job.
- Be a self-motivator to get things done working remotely on your own.
- Be a great team player to work with everyone in the business to achieve goals for our business and for our clients.

Full list of tasks
- Add/edit/update tasks in our Teamwork project management system
- Follow up tasks, keep them on track, and highlight any tasks running late
- Organise and delegate tasks to the team

Future tasks
- Don’t be worried about the list below - we’re not expecting you to be able to do all of this yet!
- Over the next 3-6 months we’ll train you up to learn new skills, so your role can grow.

Learning
- As part of the role, we’ll train you to learn new skills and tools
- This includes HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics and social management tools
- You’ll be able to get Certified in tools as well eg HubSpot

As you learn new skills your role will grow to include helping with the following:
- Website updates
- Manage basic website updates (usually in WordPress or HubSpot)
- Manage basic HubSpot updates (eg landing pages, emails)

General tasks
- Prepare timesheet reports and breakdowns in spreadsheets
- Prepare client reports from Google Analytics, social channels and other tools
- Keep Google Drive organised
- Weekly checks of things like Google Search Console and Google Analytics for clients

Coordinating
- Manage jobs with our graphic designer
- Manage jobs with our FB Ads and Google Ads specialists
- Manage tasks with the implementation team
