Our video production company creates short viral YouTube videos (about 10 min. long) on a daily basis about jaw-dropping facts & discoveries about the most interesting people, creatures and inventions on earth.

We follow a unique Framework for writing the video scripts so that people keep watching the videos till the very end (which is the goal). We will provide training videos where we explain the goal of the content and about avoiding copyright content etc. 

The most important criteria for selecting our in-house YouTube Editor is that you need to be willing to obsess about editing and producing videos that makes people have to watch till the very end, because it’s your work is just so visually entertaining and professionally well done. 

As a result, you’ll not only experience the joy and fulfilment of growing as a person by becoming the best version of yourself, but you’ll also produce the best edited videos in our niche. 

To accomplish this, you will be asked to study the videos of the top competitors by watching their viral videos, and to continuously ask yourself; how can I create better and more compelling videos that will make people want to watch our videos till the very end?! 

So the end goal is to edit videos are so well-done and entertaining that people cannot help but watch the video till the very end.

IMPORTANT: The purpose of the YouTube Video is that they have to be visually extremely ***entertaining, enjoyable and captivating*** so that people can’t help but have to watch it to the very end.

- You are willing to do a test task by editing a video based on a 10-minute audio file, whereby you know the editing will be judged based on these criteria: is it visually entertaining & captivating to watch and look professionally done with high-pace footage from the start till the end?
