BASIC ROLE OVERVIEW:
In this role, you’ll be writing different mediums of copy in Mandarin and
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
HERE'S THE TYPE OF WORK YOU'LL BE DOING:
On-going research on the target audience to refine the buyer persona.
Write copy for the different mediums requested, in both Mandarin and English
Test different leads, and angles and to optimize for Click-through rates and Conversion rates whenever applicable.
Achieving KPIs given on a timely manner
It's a job that would require you to continuously grow together with us, and I hope you can see why we stress so much on the 5 traits you'll need.
There is a probational period of 3 months, and under these 3 months, salary is paid on a per gig basis. Upon completion of probational period and satisfactory performance, you would be offered the opportunity of a full-time employment.
If you do these tasks well, we'll make sure you are well taken-care of.
REQUIREMENTS:
** Fluent English, and Mandarin writing and communication.
** Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to endless learning opportunities and resources. You must be hungry to learn and take the initiative to stay one-step ahead of 'instructions/guidelines' given. This also means you’re not afraid to receive constructive feedback
** Intelligent and great at figuring things out. Problems are just challenges to be solved.
** A team player, as the business is strongly built on how well each team member can communicate effectively with each other. This also means you’re not the kind of person to blame others and takes personal responsibility.
** Your own computer, and high-speed internet connection.
** Contingency plans for power brownouts, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.
** Does whatever it takes to deliver KPIs timely.
