Technical Support Supervisor

The Shop Support Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of the In-house Technical Support Associates and ensures that targets are met and all client machines are checked or repaired efficiently and effectively. The Shop Support Supervisor coaches, mentors, and sets performance goals for the Shop Technical Support Associates.


*2 years experience as Technical Field Supervisor
*Knowledgeable in Electronics & Office Equipment
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
*Can manage technical people particularly with the repair of hardware and electronics.
*Has excellent customer orientation skills.
*Has good communication and presentation skills.
*Knowledgeable in creating process flow.

With banking technical support experience is a plus but not required.
