CPA - Accountant / Controller

We are a growing US based Advertising Firm with employees across the globe.

We are looking for a CPA/Accountant to come work with us full-time on salary who has the following experience:

-Bachelors w/ CPA required
-Minimum 5 years US company experience
-Must work US hours - Pacific Time Zone
-Extensive Quickbooks online knowledge
-Excellent English skills both verbal and written
-Familiarity with Google apps (Sheets, Docs)
-Zoho experience a plus

Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, cost accounting by project/ departments, financial analysis, process and procedures for oversight and approvals, financial forecasting, daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting, internal control systems, and processes, client billing and accounts receivable and accounts payable.
