• A full website development process that includes discovery, design and development
• Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis
• Ongoing SEO, Email Campaigns and Content Creation to improve marketing on a regular basis
• Partnerships with other companies and resources to offer clients further online strategies and services

Digital Zest is looking for a motivated Virtual Web & Graphic Designer that is up for becoming part of the team for long term growth.

Monthly tasks include:

• Create website wireframes for landing pages, websites and other online pages
• Create Mood boards for new website designs
• Design website mock-ups in Photoshop or Figma that reflect wireframe
• Create social graphics for client accounts
• Create print graphics (flyers, posters, postcards) in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
• Update brand style guide for clients after our logo designer finishes a logo
• Oversee design project workflow, schedule and communication with project manager
• Make a lightbox of photos from select websites for use on a project
• Create an email template for use in programs like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Drip.
• Save/re-size/compress images for website, social media, blog post and newsletter (Adobe Photoshop)

Qualities we are looking for:

• English fluency
• At least 5+ years experience with Adobe design programs
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers
• Confidence in web design, responsive design, graphic design
• A team player who is happy working in a small team of 5-10 people
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop different styles depending on client needs/industry
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Preferred expert knowledge of:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Beaver Builder Framework
• MailChimp
• WordPress
• Project Management Software eg Asana / Teamwork / ClickUp

Special requirements:

• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
• Have a headset or microphone and video camera (for team meetings)
