Operations Manager/Trainer

We are always on the lookout for talent whether in a freelance or full-time capacity. Konsyg is seeking operations executives to support the sales team. As a Konsyg operations executive you will be helping us to generate new prospects and you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to work in an international sales environment focusing on tech sales.

Responsibilities

2-5 years experience in Managing Operations and Training
Knowledge of lead generating tools and Training Processes
Excellent command over the spreadsheet and excel handling
Identify, Manage and Coach the Sales ---------- velop Training Modules
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information.
Good English language skills both written and spoken
Providing training and analyzing the gaps of the manpower
Identify the training needs of manpower and develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the manpower
Producing reports to show productivity

Skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Team Player and hunger for sales/lead generation.
Experience in Sales Training
Hands-on experience in lead generating tools like Apollo., sales navigator, snov.
Experience in handling spreadsheets and G-suite applications.
Ability to think-outside-of-the-box in terms of communication method
Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
