PHP/ YII FRAMEWORK DEVELOPER NEEDED

I have a website that I need fixing, managing & creating new pages.

My website can be complicated, so I need someone with skills who knows what there doing and knows good english and understands everything I say. I'm looking for a developer who will go above and beyond to get the job done or learn how to get it done.
