Put simply, Right Hook is a growth marketing agency -- we work with eCommerce/DTC brands to drive their ---------- 2017, we started out as a Facebook ad agency with a team of 4; and now we’re a global team of 90+ managing millions in marketing budget across multi-channel strategies: paid social (FB, Snapchat, TikTok & Pinterest), paid search + YouTube, visual creative, email marketing, CRO and we’re even developing our own nerdy analytics & attribution measurement tools.

Our operations administrator will:
Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team
Develop and maintain reporting to enhance operational efficiency
Manage and maintain digital assets and operations documentation
Work alongside the operations team to coordinate client allocations, forecasting and more
Provide support in project management, organisation and coordination for the wider team

We’re looking for someone who:
Is highly organised, self-driven and reliable
Has experience in an administrative operations role
Knows their way around excel, and nerds out on a good spreadsheet
Has experience in project management platforms like asana
Has the drive to succeed and grow along with our team of A-Players
Is passionate about operations and administration
Is a solutions focused-problem solver, who always brings their ideas to the table
Wants to work alongside a team of passionate and talented people who do great things
