JOB OVERVIEW

Full Time Administrative Assistant
To manage all administrative level responsibilities. The need is a highly organized and motivated self-starter who works well in a high-energy and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include research, marketing and accounting.
Requirements
• Associates degree or higher
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including a knowledge of statistical applications and techniques
• Sound organizational and data management skills, and ability to handle several responsibilities and work under tight time constraints.
• Ability to work without direct supervision, paying close attention to detail and bearing independent responsibility for data accuracy
• Proven experience in dealing with all levels of staff in responding to a wide range of inquiries
• Ability to use tact, discretion, and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
• Basic accounting skills for handling all bookkeeping and budgeting responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
Research, marketing, accounting skills
Research
• Proficient in Excel
o Manage large and complex databases and develop summary analysis, including summary tables and charts
• Research daily needs for the Company including best platforms for company’s use such as CRM’s, mailing platforms, sourcing software etc.
Marketing
• Create all aspects of marketing and advertising collateral for both print and digital distribution; flyers, emails, social media post, press releases
• Create new business development presentations using PowerPoint
• Generate custom Sandeema Newsletters according to client need specifications
• Manage Sandeema Company social media
Accounting
• Bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks
• Managing communication with Company’s accountant
Other
• Assisting with daily meetings and calls as needed
• Organizing & summarizes meeting/call notes for Nikko
Emailing Nikko’s clients on his behalf or cc’ing Nikko
• Calendar management; scheduling meetings, calls, tours, etc.
• Book all travel (flights, hotels, transportation) for personal & business travel
