Our client is looking for motivated individuals that are ready to take on navigating corporate America and can follow up like a shadow on a large portfolio of their clients seeking
You should be well versed in Microsoft Excel and other office products, as well as, editing pdfs. and have a strong understanding of seeing a project through from start to finish. Your goal with us will be on delivering an actionable answer that later homeowners can make the tough decisions on (in most cases no so tough).

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with Clients, Brokers, and Lenders to ensure that loans are Approved as efficiently as possible
- Loan approval coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders, and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience, preferably from credit assessment, including exposure to finance applications, submissions, and settlements
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate and prioritize as appropriate, based on situation
- A high degree of competency in computer and web applications
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; including a strong and fluent command of English
- Very strong attention to detail,
- Excellent ability to analyze financial data,
- Excellent ability to read and analyze bank statements,
- Ability completes all necessary compliance requirements on time all the time,
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Exposure to the American lending market is a BIG PLUS!
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably with a minimum 1-year experience as a customer service representative (BPO) (English Speaking Account).

Software: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office (At least Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Monitors: We would like staff to be working on dual screens due to productivity increase
Laptop Requirements: 13 Inch Minimum 15 Inch preferred and additional plugin
TIMING REQUIREMENTS
Hours: American Hours 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
Lunch: Unpaid - Many people like to not take a lunch and opts for leaving earlier.
Paid Time Off None
Holidays: Must observe American Banking Holidays.
UTILITY REQUIREMENTS
Internet: 5/mbps Download, 1.5/mbps Upload. Must have access to consistent internet
Cell/Data Package: In case of outage must have a way to be able to contact us and keep us informed.
