JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide expert financial advice through sound financial planning and recommend risk
management initiatives to protect clients’ financial assets.
• Provide insurance-based financial solutions which match clients’ needs and personal and
business goals.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining client records, handling policy renewals,
policy delivery, claims, etc.
• Continuously build client pool through collaborative relationships with prospects, networking
and referrals, corporate partnerships, etc.
• Align with the unit’s production and recruitment goals by building a sustainable business and
constantly pursuing recruitment leads
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience in Sales and/or Finance is a plus, but not necessary.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Must have good command of the English language, written or verbal.
• Experience in the field of Insurance or Bancassurance is a plus.
