Math Coffee Pte Ltd is a Singapore based company, core business includes coaching Mathematics to kids in Secondary School.

Kangie is looking for someone who can assist in setting up new CRM to build Prospect List and Nurture system to convert prospect to clients I have a list of leads, and existing clients and I want to input to this CRM, be able to segment list to send right email to right people, and then start emails sequence to convert them to clients again.

I also want to capture leads and properly tag them, so we can send the right info to right people and talk the right language to them to build trust and authority and consistently convert from from this prospect list to a client. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-CRM Implementation
-Experience going from simple database tracking to robust CRM
-Experience cleaning data and preparing it for use in a CRM
-Experience setting up sales pipelines
-Experience setting up various email automation
-Ability to train and/or create robust documentation explaining how to use the CRM to teams
-Knows how to use Slack platform as also plan to grow our community through that platform
-We are currently using Excel to handle our CRM, but we want a CRM program to better manage our leads
