Social Media & Content Manager

Mastered Marketing is a digital marketing agency for socially conscious businesses and organisations. We help our clients increase their revenue and brand awareness with proven marketing strategies. Our team of 10 specialises in social media marketing, digital advertising and web design (we also do content marketing, branding and SEO, but they are secondary services).

We are looking for a clever, strategic-minded and hungry social media manager to join our team. You don’t need a degree, but will need proven experience with social media, be easily coachable and have a genuine passion/curiosity for digital marketing.


**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

- Research trends and brainstorm ways to achieve the client’s business goals.

- Choose topics, plan out a marketing calendar and coordinate content with the copywriter/team.

- Gather images and design basic artwork on Canva.

- Send content to the client for review and schedule posts via Publer.

- Boost the top 2 posts each week using Facebook Ads Manager.

- Reply to comments, monitor DMs and share stories.

- Review analytics and create a monthly report/account review.

- Reply to clients via email/WhatsApp and provide support.

Strategic — They can see the bigger picture and can focus on strategy, not just ticking off a checklist. They know hashtags, posts and other areas don’t matter if the goal isn’t achieved.


**YOU WILL ALSO NEED**

- To work during Australian working hours
- Proven social media experience.
- The ability to work and communicate in a team
- The ability to learn new skills and tools quickly
- Strong writing and design skills
- Basic use of tools (Canva, Trello, Slack etc)
