JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, my name is Albert and I am the CEO of Lotus Technologies. We are looking for lead gen & cold caller for our agency where we provide Marketing services like SEO, PPC, SMMA, & Email marketing
and Design & Development like Website/Landing Pages, Web/Mobile Apps.

This is a long-term project and for the first two months, we will be targeting Local Biz in the US, mainly for Web-design services, so we will look for not-updated websites & offer re-design and then Up-Sell our marketing services.
If their websites are up to date then we will offer our marketing services directly.


My Criteria regarding leads;
- Clean Emails Only (use NeverBounce to clean) + updated numbers
- Active Companies still in business
- Need these criteria for each prospect: First Name, Last Name, Company, City, LinkedIn Profile, Position, Company Years in business, Company Website, Personal & Company Phone Number & Address
- All data capitalized correctly, 100% correct grammar
- Manually scrape leads... no directories like IcyLeads, D7, etc.

After you put all this info in a Google Sheet you will begin cold calling them and try to set appointments for me to close.


My criteria regarding appointments;
-You will have collected KYC from each of the prospects
-You only set appointments with clients that are interested/need our services
-You will bring at least 2 leads per day


You will be paid 0.25$ per lead, regarding the lead generation part.


You will be paid based on performance on cold-calling;
20$ for each appointment you set up to 25 appointments. From 25-50 appointments you will get a 25$ for each appointment. 50+ appointments, 30$ for each appointment.

**IF YOU CANNOT DO LEAD GENERATION BUT CAN DO OUTBOUND CALLING THEN WE WILL GIVE THAT PART TO SOMEONE ELSE.
