Experienced Front End Wordpress Developer

I'm looking for an experienced Wordpress Web Developer. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing & maintaining of multiple small websites. You must have a solid background in Wordpress, PHP, JS frameworks, and version control solutions. I'm looking for someone who is smart, organized, and trustworthy. Bluntly, I'm looking for a perfectionist who is extraordinarily detail-oriented.

- PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level position. You MUST have at least 3+ years experience as with Content Management Systems, especially Wordpress.
- This is an extremely detail-oriented and high-pressure role. Expect to get multiple tasks from me most of which need to be done within 24 hrs.
- I'm an extremely demanding boss and am looking for someone with extreme attention to detail who enjoys building, maintaining and editing secure and responsive Wordpress sites.
- You'll get to set your own ---------- doesn't matter when you get tasks done as long as they get done in 24 hrs. There's no expectation to be up during work hours in my timezone.
- This is a virtual part-time role. Starting at 10 hrs per month. We communicate via email, Trello, and Voxer. Almost ALL communication will happen asynchronously.


Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to build responsive and secure websites from scratch based on a wireframes.
- Ability to manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are handled at the appropriate time, in the necessary order and in the correct manner
- Ability to solve problems with minimal or no guidance
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly and efficiently problem solve.
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience writing UI tests
- Understanding front-end testing methodologies, test driven development, and associated ---------- cation & Experience
- MUST be able to speak and write in perfect English.
- Ability to handle several requests per/day, including rapid tasks and long-term projects
- Must be available on weekends.
- Should be available to work up to 4 hours on any given day.
- Must respond within 12 hrs and complete short term tasks within 24 ---------- cluding on weekends.

- Since this is a virtual position, must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having limited amount of face-time.
- Worked closely with product manager, user experience experts, and performance engineers to build new features customers will love, and use while keeping site stable and scalable.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Content Management Systems, especially Wordpress
- 3+ years experience with modern web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 & PHP
- Working experience with multiple front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, etc.
- Working experience with development tools such as Webpack, npm, Git
- Experience with Wordpress Themes and Plugin development
- Mobile web development and responsive web design experience
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of web page and site performance
- Strong understanding of web application security
- Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
