Sales & customer service representative

Are you interested in a 20 hour? This can grow into a 40 hour position within 30 days depending on your performance. Looking for a person who has a cheery attitude and ready to contribute to a growing team. First impressions matter as our clients value customer service.

Our law firm in Texas helps immigrants to get a visa or green card to live the America Dream and create a better life. Often times, people run into problems that have a solution, but people do not know how to navigate. We solve immigration problems. This is what we do everyday.

Your primary responsibilities are to:

1: answer calls and ask them some screening questions then schedule them for consultation.

2. Because there are limited calls during the hours for this position, we are requesting additional help for email campaigns (drip automated marketing).

3. knowledge of LinkedIn marketing is preferred.


Wages are negotiable depending on your experience. Currently experiencing 1 to 4 calls per night in US time, which is why we prefer an applicant who has experience or has creativity in creating email marketing to attract/nurture leads to become clients/customers.

There is room for future growth in this position depending on if offer services to Filipinos to come to USA.

We are seeking to hire by August 1, 2021 or earlier. The required work hours could be 5 pm to 12 am Central US time. That should be 6 am to 1 pm time in Philippines. The time required could change if our calls increase from 7 AM to 3 PM Central US time.
