URGENT HIRING! VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE (HOME-BASED)

We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Virtual Assistant with accounting experience, with good customer service skills, willing to do inbound calls for order taking and do admin work.

PLS NOTE:
-We are directly hiring individuals and NOT interested in applications from agencies.
-Australian Employer, so you are expected to work Australian time, and of course, Australian Dollar Salary.
-Full time position. (no part time applicants)

QUALIFICATION
-Must be 23-30 years old
-At least 1-2 years Virtual Assistance Experience and Order taking on the phone.
-Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping
-Knows/or can learn how to work on the MYOB platform
-Able to take instructions and do it properly, remotely
-Have customer service skills
-The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Ability to prioritize, be proactive, think ahead, and multi-task
-Must have strong attention to detail, can work under pressure

MUST HAVE
-Good Internet connection
-Have an own quiet office set-up
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Fluent English speaker
-Must be smart, and tech savvy
-Willing to work home based
-Trustworthy
