He/she is responsible for hiring employees to fill an open position. He/She is expected to do the following.
Identifying the staffing requirement for a new or open position
Communicate with Management on hiring needs
Crafting an accurate and detailed job description to attract the best
Condense candidate pool based on Interviewing guidelines
Serves as the point person and primary interviewer during the interview process.
Marketing new job opportunities internally and seeking employee referrals from peers and teams
Work with Social Media team to promote open opportunities
Facilitate the introduction of the candidates to the client for possible client interview or consideration
Writing the job offer and negotiating the terms of the employment contract with the chosen candidate
VA orientation
Collect NDA/ new hire paperwork
Research candidates
Training Daily on Cardone U
Document processes as directed by management for anything, please let me know.,
Assist in VA reviews
