JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. By working remotely, your main task would be to list our products in multiple US cities and redirect them to our website or Instagram page. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. You will also be responsible for customer service, as well as tracking and managing expenses and payments.

Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Passionate about sales with a proven track record of building your own leads
- A minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience
- A minimum of 3+ years on selling items on Facebook Marketplace
- A minimum of 3+ years on Google Sheets or Excel
- Highly motivated, target driven, and believes in delivering quality to our customers
- Proven effective relationship management and communication skills

What you'll do

1. Main Task

- Know how to create or have existing accounts in various cities in the US Facebook Marketplace
- Proactively join Facebook groups within our niche and generate interest
- Excellent communication with potential buyers
- Update spreadsheets with potential leads and redirect them to our website or Instagram


2. Sub Tasks

- Filtering email and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with social media management
- Completing data entry projects
- Other tasks as needed
