Marketing Assistant for Career Coaching Business

Hi, I’m Anthony, a career satisfaction coach. I help people create satisfying careers that they are excited to wake up for. Over the last year, I have been transitioning from exclusively offering one-on-one coaching to having a full online presence offering workshops and group coaching, and am now focusing on scaling up my reach.

And that’s where you come in.

I am looking for a smart, talented, and driven Marketing Assistant to join me in scaling into a fully-fledged, purpose-driven online ---------- short, I am looking for someone who can help me translate visions into reality so that my teaching can reach thousands of people.

Your primary responsibilities will begin with:

> Working with our copywriter and graphic designer to create a compelling sales page for one of my workshops
> Building a membership content hub
> Migrating a Squarespace website to Kajabi
> Setting up marketing automation to encourage customers to ascend up my offer stack
> Planning and implementing the next product launch (spec-ing out design & content needs and ensuring all is in place in advance of launch).

Over time, the job will grow and evolve as you take greater ownership of the marketing operations.

> You are well-versed in online marketing technology, terminology, and best practices.
> You are a wizard at website, funnel, and marketing automation setup.
> You are comfortable working with CSS to customize templates.
> Bonus points if you have experience with managing Facebook ads.
> You are looking for LONG-TERM work, and are excited about learning and growing as the company evolves.
> You are able to start immediately.

My business is currently set up in Kajabi, so direct experience in Kajabi is preferred. However, if you have experience with any of the leading marketing platforms (Kartra, Clickfunnels, LeadPages, etc.) and can learn a new software quickly, you are encouraged to apply.

Hours can be flexible, but must have some overlap with New York (EST) timezone to facilitate real-time communication. This will likely result in an afternoon-to-evening schedule (Manila time). Ideally, you would avoid full overnight/graveyard shifts by proactively project planning so that scrambling is not required, even during launch windows.
