Personal Assistant for Digital Marketing Agency

I am a Digital Marketing Business Consultant looking for a personal assistant. I am hoping to work with someone long-term who is already a talented digital creator, but more important has an excellent work-ethic and an eagerness to be a master at Digital Marketing and online business development. This person will handle a wide-range of digital creation details—video editing, social media related, graphic design—but also some things that are not complicated, but just a part of running a business. We would need to have scheduled communication, approx 2-3 times per week by video conference or phone. This will be done at a time convenient for both of us. We will discuss the business goals for the week, as well as specific tasks and status updates. If you are passionate about digital marketing, have talents in this area, and are reliable, conscientious and ambitious, you are exactly the kind of person I am looking for!


Here are some examples of things we might work on together:
• Video editing. I'll create a variety of videos—formal training videos, fun social videos and more. These would need to be cleaned up a bit, maybe captions or graphics added, etc.
• Digital graphics products - This might be creating marketing related artwork, doing a layout for a printable product (like a flyer), or even some photo-manipulation.
• Social media calendar planning, social post pre-created posts.
• Misc. tasks I need to have researched or done.


Some interview questions we might talk about:
• What video-editing software are you most skilled on?
• Do you have skills in Adobe Creative Suite products or Affinity software? If so, do you already have access to use either program or would you need us to provide it?
• How skilled are in Canva?
• How many hours per week do you want to work?
• What schedule will you be working? (we are 15 hours from the Philippines, so I want to be sure we both have a convenient time for our video calls together.)
