Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Voicetrak conducts advertising research studies used by some of the country’s largest advertisers like Verizon Wireless and McDonald’s. We survey television and radio stations and newspapers across the United States by phone and email. The information they give us goes into research reports that advertisers use to plan their next ad campaign. Most of the media outlets you will be calling have worked with Voicetrak for years.

We’re looking for a confident, positive person to communicate with our existing survey participants in the media and to reach out to non-participating media companies to gain their participation in our studies.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collect data via phone from media contacts assigned to you
• Maintain/build positive, long-term relationships with media senior management by effectively communicating how Voicetrak benefits them
• Reach out to media companies that do not currently participate in Voicetrak's survey and sell them on the idea of participating going forward
• Research, update and maintain our media database

Education/Experience:
• Some college preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales where use of the phone to communicate with customers was a key part of the job
• Knowledge of advertising and/or media business is a plus (but not necessary)
• Outbound calling and up-selling experience is a plus

• Friendly and enthusiastic
• Likes talking with people and building relationships
• Self-starter, works well without close supervision
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively on the phone and via email
• Curious, asks questions & eager to learn
• Organized and good attention to detail

Job Details:
• Home-based (reliable electric service & stable internet connect REQUIRED)
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• PHP 25,000-30,000/month depending on experience
