We are looking for a Sales/Account Manager to help us in KPM, a Project Management Consulting Agency.
Requirements:
1. Must have Sales Experience - If you have experience with lead gen, presenting to clients, patience in building rapport and setting the space for them to become ready buyers.
2. Project Management - You need to have at least a basic understanding of project management tools and methods. (further training will be provided)
3. Account Management - You will be working alongside me to make sure that clients are happy, and project managers are supported, and monitored.
4. Digital Marketing/Website Dev - Preferably, you have experience in building websites, tech-savvy and have a good understanding of digital marketing in general, including tools.
5. Business Process Understanding - Most of our work revolves around process audit, implementing systems, process improvements etc. to make sure we meet the client's objective on his business. So as the Account Manager, you will need to have a good understanding of processes, and be able to point out gaps and recommend fixes.
Here's what day-to-day would look like:
- Sending messages to prospective clients that are web development agency owners or digital marketing agencies.
- Nurturing prospects with lead magnets and value messages
- Inviting prospects to get on a call
- Presenting our services via call
- Onboarding clients
- Vetting Project Managers that will handle the account
- Act as the intermediary and partner to the client during the 90 days implementation, to make sure they become retainer clients
- Work with the project manager to discover process gaps
- Monitor project progress and project manager's learning and integration into the client's business
- You will work closely with the client, so that in case there's an issue with the PM, you will be able to jump into their business and help out until we find them a replacement.
- Nurture client relationship to ensure long-term engagement, loyalty and happy enough to send us referrals
- Your duty is to make sure they are happy and well taken care of, by scheduling meetings with them, checking up on the project manager, and even building a relationship with the client's team members.

- Commission pay on every closed sale 90 day implem package, ranging from 20-30% on the package (check website for price)
- Consistently get a percentage of the retainer's fee 3-5% monthly as long as you remain the account manager.
My capacity right now is at 4-5 clients so that's roughly a minimum of 395 USD per month of additional
