We are looking for a Senior Accountant to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day ---------- nior Accountant's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on our business's financial position, liquidity, and cash flows, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
We want to develop a long-term relationship with a positive, meticulous, team player and committed to the company's success.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Monitor, verify and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Propose proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Ensure timely bills payment
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:
Work experience as an Accounting Head in an Ecommerce Industry
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software
Advanced MS Excel skills including Formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Ability to direct and supervise
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
