Full Time Web Designer with fast paced Agency

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the design and customer experience of websites delivered by HelloSimple and the entire Dream Away Group. We are a new, fast paced digital marketing agency working with clients in multiple sectors, with the goal of providing growth for our clients.

Responsibilities include:
Designing high-converting Websites / Landing Pages using Figma to solve clients pain points.
Working with developers and project managers to deliver websites on time and on ---------- signing using current Web standards, current design trends and accessibility standards to get the best results for our clients.
Reviewing website data including but not limited to heatmaps, Google data, interaction data and more to create / update websites to optimise the results we can get.
When required, take sketches from the CEO and turn into high fidelity prototypes that incorporate the clients brand ---------- ndidate Requirements:
Proficiency with Figma
2+ years of experience designing for the Web
Mobile first design experience
The ability to understand pain points, client preferences and best practices to create visually compelling and highly engaging experiences.
UX prototyping skills
Experience with following brand guidelines
Knowledge of web best practices
Excellent communication skills
Fluent english to be able to communicate with the CEO and clients when required.
A basic understanding of front-end web development
Have a stable and fast internet connection to be able to participate in video calls

Bonus Skills
HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript
Knowledge of designing & building websites with Webflow, Wordpress and Shopify
Project management experience
SEO, keyword research, etc
