Mobile pounder with auto install of .apk files

We need a script that will produce 2 pop-unders on a mobile landing page
with direct install of iOS and Android apk files on the mobile phone.

We will host our own landing page and want the ability to modify the destination URL's for the pop-unders.

Requirements:
must pop-under on load,
must work on mobile browsers Android & iOS,
must avoid pop-up blockers,
must download apk files to mobile phone on pop-under load.

The contractor should provide a dummy page where we can test the script and we will send 100% of the payment once the script is tested and working.
